Hibinimus – an attentive observer, investigator, guardian of the last contact, Charon of modern times, who with one signature enlarges the dead register.
Hibinimus decided to bring his work to a wider audience. Until now, he has treated the creative act as a personal, intimate activity, with the results seen only by relatives and friends. Hibinimus is a doctor working in extraordinary conditions. He acts as a coroner, performs forensic examinations and autopsies, writes reports on acts of violence. He is a committed observer of past misfortunes, sees their consequences and discovers the truth. Constant exposure to death, crime, harm and suffering can change perceptions of the world and people. His deceased patients demand justice, so he represents them in the world of the living. The dead live not only in the memory of their loved ones. Their silent scream, the expression of their stilled eyes does not allow to forget them.
... is a doctor working in exceptional conditions. Acts as a coroner, describes the acts of violence. He is a committed observer of misfortunes already accomplished, he sees their effects and reaches out to the truth.
Hibinimus is one of those people who creates art when various emotions accumulate. Art is a way of showing what his soul and heart perceive as far as he is concerned. He is haunted by the myth of a person who is not afraid of anything in the environment of his associates, and has nerves of steel. However, the activities which - it would seem - he carries out passionately, leave an indelible mark in his memory. The irremovable scars are the more shocking images of human cruelty. As a man, he is a mature, truth-seeking person who asks dozens of questions. He is a father, owner and carer of cats.
Understanding Hibinimus's work is really difficult. Beyond mere sensitivity, it requires the observer to be thoughtful and to reflect thoroughly and deeply. The paintings, which force us to return to them, leave a margin for reflection and experience for the sensitive, thoughtful viewer. It is a well-known fact that the emotions the author pours into his artworks are immersed in sadness and the depths of darkness, just as the cases he encounters in his work. Those who have died surrounded by care will never meet him on their way. As the author himself says, this is the painful truth about us - civilised brutal monsters, for whom crime is a triviality.
As long as he does not lose his sensitivity, he will continue to create for himself, for You and for Them.
It is difficult to express in words the emotions that have accompanied me from the moment I saw this picture for the first time. The elusive, mysterious elements of the composition, full of unspoken words, strong colours, a certain unpredictability of the lines cross the border of dimensions and perception for me. There is a dark beauty in this picture that captivates me, though sometimes it intimidates me, and sometimes it disturbs me. It is as if the canvas - still alive - breathes with me.

A great arrangement of a great existential adventure gives the material its identity. The richness of textures and the dominant colour not only build multidimensionality, but also give the impression that there is a hidden hero under the surface of the painting. You can feel movement in this interpenetrating space, a record of events translated into the language of art. I am a fan of this style and multi-threaded idea, which also turns Hibinimus into an artistic process with impatient anticipation of the finale.
